General

The Clearwater Bay Executive Nine Junior Summer Open 2 will be decided by stroke play, which will be played in accordance with the Rules of Golf as approved by the Royal & Ancient Rules Limited and with the Local Rules approved by the Tournament Committee.

Entries / Entry Fee

Individual competitions will be conducted over boys and girls' divisions, in their respective age groups as follows:

Boys	Girls
13 - 14 years	13 - 14 years
11 - 12 years	11 - 12 years
9 - 10 years	9 - 10 years
8 years & under	8 years & under

The entry fee for the tournament is $250/member & $350/guest including lunch.

All entries must be submitted together with the entry fee (cheque payable to "The Clearwater Bay Golf & Country Club" to reach the CWBGCC on or before the entry deadline: Tuesday, 28 August 2008

A copy of a current handicap certificate (or proof of handicap) or certificate of competence must accompany each entry form. All entries will be acknowledged. Entry fees will NOT be refunded for cancellations made after the closing date.

Registration

All players should report to the Starter on the relevant tee 15 minutes before his/her starting time.

Mobile Telephones

Mobile Telephones are not allowed to be used anywhere on the golf course.

Access to Golf Course

Only players, Markers and Officials will be permitted on the golf course during the playing of the tournament.

Prizes & Prize Presentation

Prizes will be awarded in each Age Group in the boys' and girls' divisions. The Prize Presentation will be held after close of play.

Event Cancellation Policy

In case of typhoon or amber rainstorm, the tournament will be postponed to a date to be determined by CWBGCC
